PRAIRIE POOL HOUSE AGREEMENT

Minors are not allowed to enter the pool house without an ADULT.
Abide by all pool rules. There is a lifeguard on duty and you will be willing and able to follow the rules and regulations of the pool.
No more than 15 swimmers in the pool at one time.
No diving or jumping from the east side of the pool where the sitting ledge is located.
Children 14 years old and younger must be accompanied by adult supervision in thepool. This means that an adult is either designated to be a water watcher, an adult is present in the water at arms reach away from children, and or children are wearing life jackets in the water if they are not skilled swimmers.
Strictly no running, diving, or horse playing around the pool area.
Guests are required to provide their own pool toys.
All guests must shower before entering the pool. Persons with open cuts, sores,bandages, colds, coughs, or infected eyes are not permitted in the pool.
Spitting, spouting, nose-blowing, and urinating in the pool is prohibited.
Absolutely NO smoking on the premises.
No vandalizing.
Towels are not provided. Guests are required to provide their own towels.
Outside food and drinks are permitted. NO GLASS CONTAINERS
Decorating the space is allowed but must be cleaned up within the rental agreement time frame. Absolutely no hot glue, tacks, or hooks can be used in the pool area or attached to walls in the gathering space.
A cleaning fee of $100 will be applied for all parties that do not leave the space clean. All trash must be in the trash containers when finished.
All guests entering the building must be healthy and not presenting any signs of illness.
All guests understand and are aware that security cameras are recording for the safety and security of all parties enjoying the space.
It is my responsibility to make sure all individuals attending the event have signed the liability waiver on www.prairiepoolhouse.com or paper copy and that I hold harmless the owners of Prairie Pool House, LLC of any responsibility regarding accidents, injuries, or death on the property.
